Mediation is an alternative method of out-of-court resolution of private disputes, in which the parties, with the help and assistance of a mediator specially qualified for this purpose and accredited by the Ministry of Justice, negotiate in order to reach a mutual solution of their dispute, the which will satisfy all parties involved in it.
The great benefit of the mediation process is that the parties are not required to resort to time-consuming and expensive litigation.
Disputes that can be submitted to mediation are civil and commercial disputes.
We have accredited mediators, who, being specialized in negotiations, guide and coordinate the mediation process in order to help the involved parties, who are necessarily represented by their advocates/legal representatives, to communicate their interests and needs with the ultimate goal of reaching an agreement, which will produce benefit for all parties involved in the dispute.
